Do the dance of death!

Do the dance of death! A bit drastic you might say? On first sight, yes, but there is a bit more to it. Day in day out we collect large amounts of information and emotions. Not releasing this leads to stress. Exercising the body burns this stress in a natural way. And dancing is a very fun and potent way of burning stress. Tonight when dancing I felt like collecting all my old static energies of the past, kicking their buts into shape ready for reuse. Transformation is the essence of death. I never realised that death could be such a fun and entertaining energy. 🙂
